The Kustom Portal is an online platform where you can manage all aspects of your Kustom account, including orders and settlement reports. It connects to your e-commerce platform via API, ensuring that order management in your backend system automatically syncs with the Portal.
There are different access levels in the Kustom Portal. The access may vary based on user role or type of onboarding with Kustom.
If you upgraded from Klarna to Kustom, you will find your previous Klarna orders, disputes and settlement reports in Klarna's Merchant Portal.
Note: Changes made in the the Kustom Portal are not reflected in your backend system.
