In-person payments

An overview of the In-person payments section in the Kustom Portal, where you manage setup, products, locations, cash registers and reporting for Kustom MPOS.

Overview

In-person payments is where you manage everything related to Kustom MPOS (Mobile Point of Sale) in the Kustom Portal, from initial setup to products, locations, cash registers and reporting.

Where to find it

  1. Log in to the Kustom Portal

  2. In the left-hand navigation menu, click Shopping, then click In-person payments

  3. Select your Store from the dropdown

Tabs

The In-person payments section is split into five tabs:

  • Setup

    A step-by-step checklist to get MPOS ready to use, including Skatteverket compliance and downloading the app. A default location and cash register are already created for you.

  • Reporting

    Find Z-reports and reconciliation data for your in-person sales.

  • Products

    Upload your product catalog in bulk via CSV or add products manually for use in the MPOS app.

  • Locations

    Manage the physical locations where you accept in-person payments, such as stores, pop-ups, or events.

  • Cash registers

    Add and manage cash registers, each of which must be registered with Skatteverket.
