When you are changing company structure or making overarching changes to your online store, you may need to apply for a new agreement.
Examples of when a new agreement is needed include:
Your company gets a new company registration number (e.g., changing from a sole trader to a limited liability company).
Another company takes over your business.
You are moving your company abroad.
Your company will merge with another entity.
You want to create a new store, webshop, or online store under a different URL or a new brand.
Note: Kustom does not support transfer of agreements between two or more business entities.
In these cases the new entity should apply for a new agreement.
