5. Reporting & reconciliation

Reporting & settlements

All transaction data, reports, and settlements are available in the Kustom Portal. You can view Z-reports, download journal memory for tax compliance, and access unified settlement reports that combine both in-store and online transactions.

Note that orders made via our mobile point of sale will be automatically captured by Kustom after the payment is completed.

  • Access your reporting in the portal. Find Z-reports in the In-person payment section under the Reporting tab. Z-reports are a end-of-day summary per cash register from when they have been opened until closed.

  • Product sales report can be generated by clicking the "Generate sales report" button on the reporting page. This will generate a sales report by product and SKU for a selected time period for all MPOS transactions either for All locations or per location.

  • Settlement reports and files combine eCom and MPOS transactions. Download them through the portal or API as usual.

  • Orders are unified for both in-store and online payments. In-person transactions are marked with "POS" as the sales channel. In the Orders view, Merchant Reference 1 will containt a reference to the Z-report that the order belongs to & Merchant Reference 2 displays "POS" for in-store transactions to make them easy to identify. You can filter by "Acquiring channel" in the orders view.

  • If you need separate reporting and payouts for your eCom and in-store channels, create a new merchant account (MID) dedicated to MPOS through our onboarding page.

If you need to automate your accounting and bookkeeping with systems such as Fortnox, Visma, Spiris or Bjorn Lunden then you can reach out to one of our integration partners such as Sharespine that can automate this.
