Duplicating orders in Kustom Portal

The duplicate function is available in the detailed order view. This can be used when you want to re-create an order that has expired or been mistakenly refunded.

Note: Active orders can not be duplicated. This only work for expired, cancelled or refunded orders.

Duplicating an order

  1. Sign in to Kustom Portal.

  2. Go to Orders.

  3. Search for the order you want to duplicate.

  4. Click on the order to open the order drawer.

  5. Click on Duplicate in the top right of the order you wish to duplicate.

Duplicating an order will take you to the Create order function.


When to duplicate an order

Use duplicate order when a customer needs help placing an identical order, for example if:

  • the original order expired but should still be shipped

  • the order was mistakenly cancelled

  • the order was mistakenly refunded in full

Duplicate order lets you as a Merchant quickly create a new order based on an existing one, with the same details.
