To receive payouts from Kustom, orders must be captured, and a valid bank account must be registered. Kustom settles captured orders based on your payout schedule.

Kustom does not offer currency conversion. All payouts are made in the same currency the customer used for the original purchase.

If you accept orders in multiple currencies under a single Merchant ID, Kustom supports the following settlement currencies:

Only accept orders in these supported settlement currencies, as currency conversion is not available.

You must register a bank account for each currency you plan to accept orders in. Kustom requires an IBAN (International Bank Account Number) for payouts. Check with your bank that the account can accept payments in your chosen currency.

The minimum payout amount depends on the country where your business is registered and the settlement currency.

Payouts in your local currency have no minimum. For example, a business registered in Sweden has no minimum for SEK payouts. Payouts in other currencies are subject to the minimums listed below.
