Changing bank account

Information about how to add or update a bank account in Kustom Portal.

To receive payouts from Kustom, you must have a registered bank account. Only IBAN accounts are eligible for registration.

You may need to update or add a bank account if:

  • You switch to a different bank.

  • You open a new bank account.

  • You start accepting payments in a new currency.

  • You don't have a bank account registered for a store.

You can update or manage your bank account details, including adding accounts for specific currencies, through the Kustom Portal.


Add bank account

Follow these steps to add a bank account:

  • Open Kustom Portal and sign in.

  • Click on your name in the top right corner.

  • Select Account to access Account Settings.

  • Scroll down to Payout details and select Add new bank account

  • Fill in your bank account details.

  • Save the changes.

Your bank account request will be reviewed, and we will notify you if we need any additional information.

Update existing bank account

Follow these steps to update an existing bank account.

  • Open Kustom Portal and sign in.

  • Click on your name in the top right corner.

  • Select Account to access Account Settings.

  • Scroll down to Payout details and click Edit next to the bank account you want to change.

  • Fill in your bank account details.

  • Save the changes.

Your request to update the bank account, and we will notify you if we need any additional information.


Multiple currencies

Kustom does not convert currencies for payouts. You will receive payouts in the same currency in which you make sales. If you sell in multiple currencies, there must be an IBAN registered for each currency you accept orders in.


Known restrictions

  • Bankgiro is not available for payouts from Kustom.

  • Plusgiro is not available for payouts from Kustom.

  • Local accounts is not available for payouts from Kustom.

  • Accounts issued by Svea Bank:

    To receive payouts, your account needs a unique IBAN. Some of Svea's business accounts may not meet this requirement, so please make sure your IBAN is unique before registering it in the Kustom Portal
