How to check reservation time for an order
Follow these steps to check the reservation time for an order:
Open the Kustom portal and sign in.
Select Orders from the menu on the left.
Find the order by using the reference, order number, customer name or email address.
Check the column “Expiry date”
The expiry date column displays when all of your orders expire. If you are not seeing the column it needs to be added to your order list through the list settings.
What happens when an order expires?
Once an order expires the order can no longer be captured and the customer is refunded. If the order is still valid you can create a new order in our Kustom Portal.Notifying the customer ensures a seamless process where they can quickly approve the duplicate order within 48 hours.
Alternatively, you can duplicate the expired order by opening it in the Kustom portal, clicking the 'Duplicate order' button, and notifying the customer that they will receive a duplicate order email or SMS for approval.
