Update account and business information

How to update your account information and business details in the Kustom Portal.

Keeping your account information up to date ensures accuracy in transactions, compliance, and communication with Kustom. You can update various details, such as your business name, address, contact emails, and more, under Settings in the Kustom Portal.

How to update professional details

You can request an update to your professional details, such as your store’s URL, by following these steps:

  • Open the Kustom Portal and sign in.

  • Click on your Settings in the menu on the left.

  • Select Business details and Store.

  • Select Edit next to the URL field and update..

  • Click Save at the bottom of the page.

  • In the overview, press Confirm to finalize your request.

Your updated details will be processed within 24 hours. If additional information is required, you will be notified through the Kustom Portal.

How to update public details

You can modify your public details, such as the statement descriptor that appears on customer statements.

  • Open the Kustom Portal and sign in.

  • Click on your Settings in the menu on the left.

  • Select Business details and Store.

  • Select Edit next to the statement descriptor field and update..

  • Click Continue at the bottom of the page.

  • In the overview, press Confirm to submit your request.

Your changes will be applied within 24 hours, and any required follow-up will be communicated via the Kustom Portal.

How to update personal details

You can update your personal information, including your legal name and contact details.

  • Open the Kustom Portal and sign in.

  • Click on your Settings in the menu on the left.

  • Select Business details and Store.

  • Under Personal details, click Edit on the right.

  • Update the following fields as needed:

    • Legal name

    • Email address

    • Date of birth

    • Home address

    • Phone number

  • Click Submit at the bottom of the page.

  • In the overview, press Confirm to finalize your request.

Your updates will be processed within 24 hours, and any additional requirements will be communicated via the Kustom Portal.
