The Upcoming payouts tab in Settlements gives you a forward-looking view of what you can expect to receive in your next payout(s). This makes it easier to reconcile your expected income before the settlement is finalized.
This tab is available to all merchants. Only users with the Admin, Super Admin, or Settlement role can access Settlements.
How to access upcoming payouts
Open the Kustom Portal and sign in.
In the left-hand menu, go to Settlements.
Select the Upcoming payouts tab.
You will see a list of upcoming payouts, including the expected payout date and the estimated amount.
What's shown
Expected payout date — the date your next payout is scheduled to arrive in your bank account.
Estimated amount — the total amount expected to be paid out, based on captured orders and any deductions such as fees or refunds processed since your last settlement.

Note: The amounts shown are estimates. Final payout amounts are confirmed once the settlement is generated on your payout day.
