Upcoming payouts
View all payouts that are scheduled but not yet sent from Kustom.
The Upcoming payouts tab in Settlements gives you full visibility into what will be paid out next — including the expected payout date, sales, fees, and returns included in each payout. Amounts shown are estimates; final amounts are confirmed once the settlement is generated on your payout day.
This tab is available to all merchants. Only users with the Admin, Super Admin, or Settlement role can access Settlements.
Once a payout has been sent, it will automatically move to the Settlement reports tab where its status becomes In transit.
How to find upcoming payouts
You can access Upcoming payouts from the Settlements section in the Kustom Portal.
To view Upcoming payouts:
Log in to the Kustom Portal.
Select Settlements in the left-hand menu.
Choose the Upcoming payouts tab.
Currency selection
The currency filter in Upcoming payouts matches the currency you selected in the other Settlements tabs. For example, if you selected SEK in the Settlement reports tab, the Upcoming payouts tab will also default to SEK.
You can switch currencies at any time:
Press the Currency dropdown.
Select another available currency to update the view.
What's shown
The upcoming payout list shows all details related to the payout that is scheduled but not yet sent.
The information includes:
Date showing when the payout is scheduled.
Sales included in the payout.
Fees deducted from the payout.
Returns that affect the payout amount.
Amount showing the final payout amount.
Merchant ID linked to that specific payout.
Currency for the payout.
Only pending payouts are shown here. Once a payout has been sent, it moves to the Settlement reports tab where its status becomes In transit.
After the payout is sent
When a payout has been created and sent to your bank:
It moves to the Settlement reports tab.
The status for that payout becomes In transit.
You can then track it in the same way as any other settlement.
This gives you a clear timeline from “upcoming” to “sent” to “received.”
