Automatic report retrieval via SFTP

This article explains how to set up automatic retrieval of settlement reports using SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol). Once configured, reports are deposited to a secure server at a scheduled interval and can be picked up automatically by your system.

Prerequisites

Before configuring SFTP delivery, ensure you have the following ready:

  • An SFTP server

  • You need to be an administrator in the Kustom Portal

Configuring SFTP delivery in the Kustom Portal

Follow these steps to enable SFTP delivery for settlement reports:

  1. Log in to the Kustom Portal.

  2. Navigate to Integrations and then SFTP credentials

  3. Press enable FTP CSV export

  4. Press generate new to generate new keys

You have now enabled SFTP and created your keys, these keys are then used by your SFTP server to retrieve the reports.

Delivery schedule

Reports are deposited to your SFTP server after each settlement is finalized. The timing depends on your configured payout schedule.
