General Limitations
Settlement Reports can cover a maximum interval of 32 days per export. To generate data for a longer period, divide it into smaller intervals and combine the results. Longer ranges will disable the "Generate" button.
Transaction Reports is limited by the amount of lines that you try to generate. It is not possible to generate a transaction report that contains more than 3 million lines.
Report Formats: Reports are available in standardized formats (PDF or CSV) that cannot be customized entirely. Columns and layouts, however, can often be configured for better usability.
Troubleshooting Common Issues
If the Generate button is disabled when you try to generate a Settlement report, verify the selected date range does not exceed the maximum 32-day limit.
If the Generate button is disabled when you try to generate a Transaction report, the reason could be that the transaction report would contain more than 3 million lines.
For large data exports, allow sufficient processing time before attempting to download. Reports may take up to an hour to compile.
If the report generation fails, ensure the internet connection is stable and attempt the process again in smaller date intervals.
Settlement reports are missing
If you are unable to locate your settlement reports, please follow the steps below.
Make sure that you have the correct user access level to be able to find these in the portal.
Check with an account administrator to ensure your role includes Settlements access (e.g., admin/settlements role).
If the administrator updates your role, log out and log back in to refresh access.
Administrators can grant access by navigating to the "User Manager", locating the user, and assigning the "Settlements/Avräkningar" role. After this update, users will have visibility over the Settlements section and related reports.
If you are still unable to see your settlement reports make sure that you have selected the right currencies in the Portal.
Example: if your settlements are in EUR but the filter is set to SEK, switch the currency to EUR in the Settlements section.
If you’re filtering by date and you’re not sure when the report is from, make sure the date range isn’t too narrow.
