How to check reservation time for an order

Follow these steps to check the reservation time for an order:

  • Open the Kustom portal and sign in.

  • Select Orders from the menu on the left.

  • Find the order by using the reference, order number, customer name or email address.

  • Check the column “Expiry date”

The expiry date column displays when all of your orders expire. If you are not seeing the column it needs to be added to your order list through the list settings.

What happens when an order expires?

Once an order expires the order can no longer be captured and the customer is refunded. If the order is still valid you can create a new order in our Kustom Portal by duplicating the expired order.

Can the reservation time be extended?

You can extend the reservation time for single orders provided that the orders are eligible for an extension.

My reservation time is too short

If you require an increased standard reservation time you may be eligible for an extension.

To be eligible, the request must come from an administrator account, submitted through the email associated with the Kustom Portal admin user.

To request an extension, include the following details in your email to support@kustom.co:

  • Store ID (Merchant ID or MID)

  • Desired reservation time in days

  • Reason for the extension (e.g., handling pre-orders). Ensure you provide accurate information to facilitate processing.
