Notification settings

Enable notifications ensures you to stay updated on important account activity.

Follow the below steps to change your notification settings:

  • Log in to the Kustom Portal.

  • Click on your name in the top-right corner to open the dropdown menu.

  • Select Notifications in the dropdown menu.

  • Enable notifications for disputes, payment activities, and other events as needed.

Notification Settings

We offer a variety of notifications as outlined below:

New orders and disputes:

  • New order - Once enabled for new orders or disputes, you will automatically receive an email notification whenever a new order is registered.

  • Dispute opened - Once enabled you will automatically receive an email notification whenever a new dispute is opened, including disputes with the status Does not need response.

Orders and disputes expiring in 3 days:

  • Expiring orders - Once enabled you will automatically receive an email notification an order that will expire in 3 days.

  • Once enabled for order or open disputes that will expiry in 3 days, you will automatically receive an email notification whenever a open dispute or an order is about to expiry. So you can take action quickly without delay.

  • Expiring disputes - Once enabled you will automatically receive an email notification when an open dispute has 3 days left on the deadline.

  • Expiring dispute enquiry - Once enabled you will automatically receive an email notification when a dispute enquiry, with the status Does not need response, has 3 days left on the deadline.

Note: If you receive a high volume of notifications regarding orders and disputes, please be aware that you will get a separate email notification for each one—this may result in a large number of notifications.
