Notification settings

Enable notifications ensures you to stay updated on important account activity.

Follow the below steps to change your notification settings:

  • Log in to the Kustom Portal.

  • Click on your name in the top-right corner to open the dropdown menu.

  • Select Notifications from the dropdown options.

  • Enable notifications for disputes and other events as needed.

Notification Settings

We offer a variety of notifications as outlined below.

New orders and disputes:

  • Once enabled for new orders or disputes, you will automatically receive an email notification whenever a new dispute is opened or a new order comes in so you can take action quickly without delay.

Orders and open disputes expiring in 3 days:

  • Once enabled for order or open disputes that will expiry in 3 days, you will automatically receive an email notification whenever a open dispute or an order is about to expiry. So you can take action quickly without delay.

Note: If you receive a high volume of notifications regarding orders and disputes, please be aware that you will get a separate email notification for each one—this may result in a large number of notifications.
