Notification settings

Enable notifications ensures you to stay updated on important account activity.

To receive notifications for new disputes or orders in the Kustom Portal:

  • Log in to the Kustom Portal.

  • Click on your name in the top-right corner.

  • Enable notifications from the settings menu.

Once enabled, you will automatically receive an email notification whenever a new dispute is opened or a new order comes in so you can take action quickly without delay.

Note: If you receive a high volume of orders or disputes, please be aware that you will get a separate email notification for each one—this may result in a large number of notifications.
