Follow the below steps to change your notification settings:
Log in to the Kustom Portal.
Click on your name in the top-right corner to open the dropdown menu.
Navigate to the settings menu.
Select Notifications from the dropdown options.
Enable notifications for disputes, payment activities, and other events as needed.

We offer a variety of notifications as outlined below:
New orders and disputes:
Once enabled for new orders or disputes, you will automatically receive an email notification whenever a new dispute is opened or a new order comes in so you can take action quickly without delay.
Orders and open disputes expiring in 3 days:
Once enabled for order or open disputes that will expiry in 3 days, you will automatically receive an email notification whenever a open dispute or an order is about to expiry. So you can take action quickly without delay.
Note: If you receive a high volume of notifications regarding orders and disputes, please be aware that you will get a separate email notification for each one—this may result in a large number of notifications.
