Sign in using Single Sign-On
Single Sign-On (SSO) allows you to log in using an existing account from a trusted provider — typically Google or Microsoft. For example, if your email is support@kustom.co, it’s likely your company uses either Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 behind the scenes.
Microsoft sign-in (Microsoft Entra ID)
Microsoft SSO requires a one-time account linking step for new users or new organizations.
If you are a new user to Kustom or your organization is new to Kustom, you must sign in with magic link first before Microsoft SSO will work.
First-time sign-in (required for Microsoft)
Go to the Kustom Portal
Click Log in with magic link
Open the magic link email and sign in
Once logged in to the Kustom Portal, click your name in the top-right corner
Select Microsoft login (key icon)
Click Sign in with Microsoft and complete the Microsoft login flow
You will be redirected back to the portal with a confirmation message that your account is linked
That’s it. Your Microsoft account is now linked.
Ongoing sign-in with Microsoft
After your account is linked:
Go to portal.kustom.co.
Click Sign in with Microsoft.
You’ll be logged in automatically.
Note: Once your Microsoft account is linked, the Microsoft login option will no longer appear in your profile menu.
Google sign-in
To sign-in with Google, follow these steps:
Go to the Kustom Portal
Click the Google logo
You’ll be logged in automatically if your email is registered in the portal.
If Google sign-in doesn’t work, use a magic link and ask your administrator to confirm that you are added as a user.
Note: Some users may be prompted to log in to their Microsoft account before accessing the Kustom Portal, irregardless if you use Google or Microsoft.
If sign-in doesn't work
You might not be registered as a user in Kustom Portal. What to do:
Use magic link sign-in to access the portal
Ask your administrator to confirm you are added as a user
For Microsoft users, make sure the one-time account linking has been completed
Sign in using Magic Link
If SSO doesn't work, you can sign in using a magic link — a one-time login link sent to your email.
If you encounter issues receiving the magic link, there are several steps you can take to troubleshoot, such as checking your spam folder, ensuring your email address is correctly entered, or contacting your system administrator.
To sign in with a magic link:
Go to the Kustom Portal
Click Log in with magic link
Enter the email address of the person who needs to sign in
A login link will be sent to that email address
Additionally, make sure that your email is properly associated with the correct merchant ID, and reach out to your administrator for further help if needed.
Note: The email must already be registered and linked to the correct merchant ID. If not, an admin will need to invite the user first.
