Sign in using Single Sign On
Single Sign-On (SSO) allows you to log in using an existing account from a trusted provider — typically Google or Microsoft. For example, if your email is support@kustom.co
, it’s likely your company uses either Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 behind the scenes.
To sign in with SSO:
Go to portal.kustom.co.
Choose Microsoft or Google based on your email provider.
If you're unsure, always try Microsoft first, then Google.
You’ll be logged in automatically if your email is registered in the portal.
Note: Microsoft users may be prompted to log in to their Microsoft account before accessing the Kustom Portal.
If sign-in doesn't work
You might not be registered as a user in Kustom Portal.
Contact an admin on your account and ask them to:
Add you are added as a user, or
Check whether you're already registered.
Sign in using Magic Link
If SSO doesn't work, you can sign in using a magic link — a one-time login link sent to your email.
If you encounter issues receiving the magic link, there are several steps you can take to troubleshoot, such as checking your spam folder, ensuring your email address is correctly entered, or contacting your system administrator.
To sign in with a magic link:
Go to portal.kustom.co.
Click on Send me a magic link.
Enter the email address of the person who needs to sign in.
A login link will be sent to that email address.
Note: The email must already be registered and linked to the correct merchant ID. If not, an admin will need to invite the user first.
Additionally, make sure that your email is properly associated with the correct merchant ID, and reach out to your administrator for further help if needed.
