Application under review
If we need more information about your business or the people connected to it, you'll be notified in two ways:
Business information β You'll receive an email to the registered administrator asking for the required details.
KYC (Know Your Customer) β You'll see a prompt in the Kustom Portal asking you to provide the necessary details.
To avoid delays, respond to all requests as quickly as possible.
Application approved
Once your application has been approved you will receive an email confirming this. At this point you will be able to integrate Kustom in your checkout.

Once you have received your first order we'll review your account to activate payouts. To be approved, your website must be live and match the URL listed in your application.

If you are transacting on a different URL than the one stated in your application, you need to update it in the Kustom Portal before your first transaction to avoid any delays.
Application rejected
If your application gets rejected you will receive an email confirming this. The reasoning as to why your application has been rejected can vary, but the most common reasons are:
The products or services sold do not meet our ethical guidelines
The business operates within a prohibited product category
The merchant has failed to answer our request to collect additional information
