Important note: Your user account is associated with one user role. It is not possible to have different user roles on different stores for the same user account.
Accessing multiple stores from the same user account
In the Kustom Portal, it is possible to access multiple stores with a single login. There’s no need to log in separately to each store, as long as the same email address is used for your user across all stores.
All stores can be managed from the different tabs in Kustom Portal. To switch between stores, select the store you want to manage from the store dropdown.
If you are onboarding a new store or transferring access, make sure the same email address is connected to the store if you wish to keep everything under one account
