Accessing Klarna's merchant portal
You can access the Klarna Merchant Portal here.
To log in, use your registered email address, your Klarna password and two-factor authentication.
Invoices
You can find your historical Klarna invoices under Settlements, then Invoices.
Orders
You can find your historical Klarna orders under Order Management.
Unable to sign in to the Klarna Merchant Portal
If you are unable to log in to Klarna's Merchant Portal, you can contact Kustom's support and we will talk to Klarna on your behalf.
