At Kustom, we’re continuously adding new features and payment methods to help you grow. Whether you want to start selling in new markets or offer more ways for your customers to pay, it’s easy to update your setup and start reaching more shoppers.
What markets and payment methods does Kustom offer?
Kustom supports a wide range of markets, currencies, and payment methods to help you localize your checkout experience. This includes both global options (like Visa and Mastercard) and regional payment methods popular in specific countries (like Klarna, iDEAL | Wero and MobilePay). New markets and payment methods are regularly added to give you more flexibility.

How to add new markets or payment methods
To add new markets or payment methods, follow these steps:
You don't need a bank account in the new market's currency for us to add the market. You do need one to receive payouts in that currency, so we recommend adding it before you start selling. To view the bank account details currently connected to your account, log in to the Kustom Portal and select Settings from the menu on the left-hand side.
Identify the markets or methods you want to add.
Consider your target regions and which payment methods are most relevant to your customers.Add bank account details for payouts.
To receive payouts in the new currency, add a bank account in that currency under Settings in the Kustom Portal, for example EUR for France, Spain and Germany. This isn't required for us to add the market, but we can't pay out funds in that currency until it's in place.Contact Support at Kustom.
Email us at support@kustom.co and let us know which markets and/or payment methods you want to enable together with the relevant Merchant/store ID (starts with K or M followed by numbers)We’ll update your agreement.
Once we receive your request, our team will make the necessary changes on your agreement and share any new pricing details for your approval.Enable on your side.
After we’ve updated your setup, you’ll need to make sure the new markets or payment methods are activated in your system. Read more here to find out what is needed from your end.
Once everything is set up, you can start accepting payments in the new markets right away.
How payment methods are shown in your checkout
The mix and display of payment methods may differ from market to market. Kustom manages which payment methods are shown and in what order, based on what shoppers in each market prefer and what converts best. Payment methods included in our standard offering are always part of your checkout and can't be turned off individually, so your customers can always pay the way they expect.
