What markets and payment methods does Kustom offer?
Kustom supports a wide range of markets, currencies, and payment methods to help you localize your checkout experience. This includes both global options (like Visa and Mastercard) and regional payment methods popular in specific countries (like Klarna, iDEAL and MobilePay). New markets and payment methods are regularly added to give you more flexibility.
How to find out what markets, currencies and payment methods you currently have
If you want to know which markets and payment methods are currently active for your account, contact our Merchant Service team at support@kustom.co. We’ll provide you with an up-to-date overview.
How to add new markets or payment methods
To add new markets or payment methods, follow these steps:
A new market can only be added if you already have a bank account in that market’s currency. To view the bank account details currently connected to your account, log in to the Kustom Portal and select Settings from the menu on the left-hand side.
Identify the markets or methods you want to add.
Consider your target regions and which payment methods are most relevant to your customers.Contact Merchant Service.
Email us at support@kustom.co and let us know which markets and/or payment methods you want to enable.We’ll update your agreement.
Once we receive your request, our team will make the necessary changes on your agreement and share any new pricing details for your approval.Enable on your side.
After we’ve updated your setup, you’ll need to make sure the new markets or payment methods are activated in your system. Read more here to find out what is needed from your end.
Once everything is set up, you can start accepting payments in the new markets right away.
