Uploading and managing packing slip logos

You can customize your packing slips by uploading your own logo.

  • Log into the Kustom Portal.

  • Go to Settings in the bottom left corner.

  • Click Branding.

  • Select the store you want to update.

  • Under Packing Slip Logos, click to upload or drag and drop your logo (PNG or JPG files up to 10MB).

If you’ve already uploaded a logo, you’ll see it listed:

  • Download button: Download the current logo.

  • Star icon: Remove the logo from being used on packing slips.

  • Trash icon: Permanently delete the logo.

Once uploaded and active, your logo will appear on printed packing slips.

If you are receiving an error message when uploading the logo, this could be due to the file name.
To mitigate this try renaming the file to something simple like "Logo" for example.
