Learn how to cancel your Agreement with Kustom

To cancel an agreement with Kustom, a formal cancellation request must be submitted.

Once your agreement is cancelled, your API credentials will become inactive on the cancellation date, meaning you will no longer be able to process transactions through Kustom Checkout.

Cancel agreement

To cancel your agreement, send an email with the following information to support@kustom.co:

  • Store ID (starting with 'K' or 'M' and followed by 6-7 digits)

  • Reason for cancellation

  • Desired cancellation date

Notice period: Our standard notice period is 30 days.

We will handle your request and if any additional information is required, we will reach out to you by email.


Access after cancellation

After cancellation you will still be able to manage disputes and retrieve order as well as settlement data directly in the Kustom Portal.
