Current payment methods for your store

An overview of the payment methods configured for your store.

The Payment methods tab in Settings gives you an overview of all payment methods that are active on your store. This is a read-only view β€” payment method configuration is managed by Kustom.

To access payment methods, go to Settings in the bottom-left corner of the Kustom Portal and select the Payment methods tab.

Note: Settings is only visible to users with the Admin or Super Admin role.



Filtering the view

You can filter the payment methods list in two ways:

  • Group by method / Group by country: Switch between grouping your payment methods by payment method or by country using the toggle at the top of the list.

  • Stores: If you have multiple stores (Merchant IDs), use the Stores dropdown to select which store you want to view payment methods for.

  • Scope: Use the Scope dropdown to filter between Local and Global payment methods.


Understanding the columns

  • Method: The name and logo of the payment method.

  • Availability: The countries where the payment method is active for your store. If more than three countries are configured, the remaining ones are shown as +[number] More.

  • Expiry days: The number of days an order stays open before the authorization expires for this payment method. After this window, uncaptured orders can no longer be captured.


Adding new markets or payment methods
