The Kustom Portal is an online platform where you can manage all aspects of your Kustom account, including orders and settlement reports. It connects to your e-commerce platform via API, ensuring that order management in your backend system automatically syncs with the portal.
There are different access levels in the Kustom Portal. The access may vary based on user role or type of onboarding with Kustom.
If you upgraded from Klarna to Kustom, you will find your previous Klarna orders, disputes and settlement reports in Klarna's Merchant Portal.
Changes made in the Kustom Portal are not reflected in your backend system.
The different sections of Kustom Portal
Home
When you log in to Kustom Portal, you will land on the home page.
The menu on the left will help you navigate between the different sections of Kustom Portal.
You will instantly see the amount of uncaptured orders.
If you need to update your language settings, this can be done by clicking on the flag in the upper right corner.
By clicking your username in the upper right corner, you can enable dark mode, access account settings or sign out.
Support
If you ever need support from Kustom, you can access the floating support button from Kustom Portal. On all pages, a floating chat icon will follow you. Open this to view articles, chat with Kustom agents or our chatbot.
Account settings
Access the Account settings by clicking on your name in the top right corner.
In this section you can:
Update your company and personal information.
View your payout schedule.
Orders
Access Orders from the menu on the left. In this section, you can:
View all transactions processed through Kustom Checkout.
Manage orders by cancelling, capturing or refunding them.

Access Settlements from the menu on the left. In this section, you can:
View and download the Settlement Reports that are generated for every payout.
Create and download Custom Reports.
View your current balance.
Disputes
Access Disputes from the menu on the left. In this section, you can:
View and respond to Disputes opened by customers.
A dispute happens when a customer challenges a payment by contacting their payment provider or card issuer to question all or part of a transaction.
User management
Access User management from the menu on the left. In this section, you can:
Manage who should have access to your store in Kustom Portal.
Manage what access level the users have in the Kustom Portal.
View who has access to the Kustom Portal.
Integrations
Access Integrations from the menu on the left. In this section, you can:
Generate API keys to integrate Kustom.
Manage integrations with Kustom.
Developer Logs
Access Developer Logs from the menu on the left. Use this section for:
Developer Logs show API calls between your back office and Kustom, helping you troubleshoot technical issues with orders and integration.
