Kustom supports valid IBAN accounts for payouts. If you need to update your bank account during the upgrade, we'll let you know ahead of time. You'll be able to make any updates easily through the Kustom Portal.
Local accounts
If you have a local account registered, we'll do our best to convert it to an IBAN. If that’s not possible, you’ll be able to update your account details in the Kustom Portal.
Bankgiro and Plusgiro
If you have a Bankgiro or Plusgiro account registered, you'll need to update your bank account details in the Kustom Portal.
Attention: Svea Bank account holders
To receive payouts, your account needs a unique IBAN. Some of Svea's business accounts may not meet this requirement, so please make sure your IBAN is unique before registering it in the Kustom Portal.
