What is Capital
Capital gives you a direct line to Företagsbanken - En del av Resurs for business financing — all from within the Kustom portal. Capital is only available for Swedish (SE) merchants with a limited company (aktiebolag).
Kustom is not a lender and has no involvement in the credit process: no loan assessment, no credit decisions, no terms, no contracts, no payouts, no repayments, and no handling of disputes relating to your Företagsbanken loan. Företagsbanken is solely responsible for everything related to the financing.
Note: Capital is only available to super-admins in the Kustom portal. Only Swedish (SE) merchants can access this page — merchants on other markets will not see Capital in their left-hand menu.
How to send an expression of interest
Go to Capital in the left-hand menu of the Kustom portal. Only users with the role super-admins can access the Capital page.
Select your store from the Stores dropdown. Your organisation is pre-filled and cannot be changed.
Review the pre-filled details (organisation number, email, name) and add your phone number.
Check the confirmation box and click Send expression of interest.
A confirmation popup appears once submitted.
What happens after you submit
A confirmation popup appears in the portal.
Företagsbanken sends a confirmation email to you.
Kustom sends a confirmation email to you.
Företagsbanken handles all follow-up directly with you.
After closing the popup, there is no record of your submission inside the Kustom portal. Everything from this point is handled entirely by Företagsbanken.
