Overview
Insights is a suite of analytics pages in the Kustom Portal that gives you a data-driven view of your business performance. It consolidates data from your orders, sessions, shoppers and disputes, allowing you to track trends, identify patterns and make informed decisions over time. Data across all Insights pages is updated approximately every 12 hours.
What's included
Insights consists of three pages:
Overview: A high-level view of your sales performance, order volumes, checkout conversion funnel and payment method distribution. Use this page to monitor revenue trends, year-over-year growth and how effectively your checkout turns sessions into orders.
Demography: A detailed breakdown of who your customers are: their age, gender, location, device preferences and shopping behaviour. Use this page to understand your customer base and track how it evolves over time.
Disputes: A view of your dispute and enquiry performance across volumes, outcomes, fees and win rates. Use this page to track case trends and understand what drives dispute costs.
Who can access Insights
Only users with the following roles can view Insights pages:
Admin
Super Admin
If you do not have one of these roles, the Insights option will not appear in your portal navigation.
How to access Insights
Log in to the Kustom Portal.
Select Insights in the menu.
Navigate to the relevant tab: Overview, Demography or Disputes.
