Use this article to make sure you pay Kustom invoices to the right bank account. Kustom changed its corporate banking provider on 1 August 2026, so invoices issued from that date show new bank details.

What changed

  • Kustom switched corporate banking providers on 1 August 2026.

  • The change only affects the bank account details printed on Kustom invoices.

  • All Kustom invoices issued from 1 August 2026 show the new bank details.

Kustom issues invoices for a few different reasons. The most common is transaction fees, but Kustom also invoices when your account or settlement balance goes negative, for example when refunds exceed sales, after a cancelled agreement or after a platform migration. See Why does Kustom issue invoices related to negative balances. The new bank details apply to every Kustom invoice, whatever the reason it was issued.

What you need to do

  1. Always pay a Kustom invoice to the bank details printed on that invoice.

  2. If your finance team or an automated payment system has Kustom's bank details saved, update them to match the details on your latest Kustom invoice.

International or domestic payments: A Kustom invoice may show both an IBAN (International Bank Account Number) with a BIC and a domestic Swedish account number (BBAN). If you pay from abroad, use the IBAN and BIC. If you pay domestically within Sweden in SEK, you can use the account number (BBAN) instead.

If you paid to the old bank account by mistake

If a payment went to Kustom's old bank account by mistake, contact Kustom support with the invoice number, amount and payment date. Kustom will track the payment and reconcile it.

The old account may stop accepting payments at any time, so update your saved payment details as soon as possible to avoid delays.
