General Guidelines for Entering IBANs

  • Always enter the full IBAN without spaces, hyphens, or special characters.

  • Ensure that the IBAN begins with the appropriate country code followed by the rest of the account number.

  • IBANs must be used for all payout accounts, as they are mandatory for successful validation within the Kustom system.

For example, an IBAN should look like this:

COUNTRYCODECHECKDIGITSBANKDETAILS (e.g., FI12345677899, NO1234567890, SE1234567890)

Country-Specific IBAN Format Details

Finland

  • Finnish IBANs start with the country code "FI" followed by a series of digits.

  • Example: FI12345677899. Do not use a SWIFT/BIC code (e.g., NDEAFIHH) in place of an IBAN, as these are different identifiers serving distinct purposes.

Norway

  • Norwegian IBANs start with the country code "NO" and consist of 24 characters.

  • Example: NO1234567890

Sweden

  • Swedish IBANs also have 24 characters and must start with the country code "SE."

  • Example: SE1234567890

By following these guidelines and entering IBANs in the proper format, you can ensure that your account details are accepted for payouts in the Kustom platform.
