Cancellation of agreement

Learn how to cancel your agreement.

To cancel an agreement with Kustom, a formal cancellation request must be submitted. Once your agreement is cancelled, your API credentials will become inactive on the cancellation date, meaning you will no longer be able to process transactions through Kustom Checkout.

However, you will still be able to manage disputes and settlements directly in the Kustom Portal.

How to cancel your agreement

To cancel your agreement, send an email with the following information to merchant@kustom.co:

  • Merchant ID

  • Reason for cancellation

  • Desired cancellation date

Notice period: Our standard notice period is 30 days. If you have signed your agreement with Klarna or our Sales department, your notice period is 90 days before your renewal date.

We will handle your request and if any additional information is required, we will reach out to you by email.


Access after cancellation

After cancellation, your access will be limited to the following:

  • Settlements
