When upgrading to Kustom from Klarna, you may be required to submit additional information. This process ensures compliance with financial regulations and can be completed directly through the Kustom Portal. If any required information is missing, you will receive an email notification prompting you to provide the necessary details.

Submitting required information

Follow these steps to submit the required information:

  • Open the Kustom Portal and sign in to your account.

  • Click on your name in the top right corner of the screen.

  • Select Account to access Account Settings.

  • Provide the requested information in each section.

    • The system will only ask for information that is currently missing.

    • If a field is marked as required, you will not be able to proceed until it is completed.

  • Click Continue to submit the information.

Why this information is required

The information is required to comply with financial regulations, including Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. These regulations help prevent fraudulent activities and ensure secure financial transactions.
