When upgrading to Kustom from Klarna, you may be required to submit additional information. This process ensures compliance with financial regulations and can be completed directly through the Kustom Portal. If any required information is missing, you will receive an email notification prompting you to provide the necessary details.
Submitting required information
Follow these steps to submit the required information:
Open the Kustom Portal and sign in to your account.
Navigate to Account in the menu to the left to access Account Settings.
Provide the requested information in each section.
The system will only ask for information that is currently missing.
If a field is marked as required, you will not be able to proceed until it is completed.
Click Continue to submit the information.
Information is incorrect
If the information you're asked to verify in the Kustom Portal is incorrect, follow these steps to update it:
Open the Kustom Portal and sign in to your account.
Navigate to Account in the menu at the bottom left to access Account Settings.
Click on Skip for now at the bottom until you reach the Information overview.
In the information overview you will be able to see and edit.
Business information
Management and ownership
Click on Edit to the right of the information you want to edit.
You may need to click Edit again to edit information.
Fill in the correct information and click on Submit.
Upload the verification document and click Continue to submit the information.
