You will receive email notifications when it is time to fully transition to the Kustom Portal. Post-migration, access to historical order data in Klarna will become read-only, allowing you to reference past transactions but not make modifications. During the migration process, users might notice Kustom branding appearing in checkouts even while managing orders in Klarna. This branding indicates backend changes powered by Kustom APIs ahead of the full migration.
Orders
Orders created before the transfer date can be viewed and managed in Klarna’s Merchant Portal.

To ensure orders appear correctly in the Kustom Portal, integrations like the Kustom Checkout plugin must be implemented. This plugin ensures proper syncing between your store and the Kustom Portal.
Settlement Reports
Payouts for orders created before the transfer date will be processed by Klarna, and the settlement reports will be in Klarna’s Merchant Portal.
Payouts for orders created after the transfer date will be processed by Kustom, and the settlement reports will be in the Kustom Portal.
Disputes
For orders created before the transfer date, any disputes will be handled in Klarna's Merchant Portal.
For orders created after the transfer date, any disputes will be handled in the Kustom Portal.
